You’re here because you feel anxious, depressed, maybe even have tried other therapies that haven't worked for you. You’ve lost yourself, ended up somewhere you didn’t mean, or have hit a wall. You should be happy, but... aren't. Maybe you experienced a difficult childhood, feel unsupported by your parents, unseen by your spouse, struggle in your relationship, or experienced trauma or loss. You hope to find yourself, learn more about your attachment patterns, and how they impact your connection to others. I work often with other therapists, student-therapists, artists and authors, executives, trauma survivors, and insightful folks interested in deep, meaningful work.

Much of our emotional and relationship problems, dissatisfaction with life, and inability to reach our fullest potential arise from patterned unconscious thoughts, feelings, and dynamics. I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology and over ten years of clinical experience to help support you making them conscious and finding a new way forward.

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in psychodynamic jungian therapy and dream analysis. Dreamwork may sound ‘woo’, or unfamiliar, but it is one of the best ways to access the unconscious. My clients frequently report feeling deeply understood after dreamwork, in addition to experiencing intense insight. Together, let's uncover unconscious limitations, support you in feeling seen, effect boundaries honoring the life you seek, and connect to the wisdom that's lived in you all along.
